Hank's Bio

My name is Hank Whitson. By day, I work with 42 Entertainment designing experiences, which is as broad and magical as it sounds. At night I work on my novel and play too much League of Legends. Some of my more interesting hobbies include mask-collecting, mixology, and skiing.

Before doing what I do now, I earned a master's degree in digital media from the Georgia Institute of Technology. There I worked as a researcher and served as the entertainment editor of the school paper, The Technique.

Prior to that, I sold books for Barnes & Noble while earning my bachelor's in English from University of California at Irvine. There, I dabbled in Iaido, and assuming I can find a Suio Ryu dojo nearby, I would like to return to it one day.

A long time ago, I grew up in Pasadena and was an earnest but thoroughly mediocre ballet dancer.

I am currently living in the greater Los Angeles area with my wife and the three black cats that own us. You can find my portfolio website at HankWhitson.com.
